It’s a remake of the Tamil film June R (2005), directed by Revathy S Verma herself. It tells the tale of an old woman (played by Jaya Bachchan) adopted by a motherless
young girl (played by Ayesha Takia). The film, to go on the floors on April 10 in Mumbai, also stars R Madhavan and Suniel Shetty, and marks the comeback of Raveena
